Terms & Conditions

Order Processing

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days in Australia, excluding public holidays. Customers will be notified when their order has been processed for shipping.

Purchases and Payments

ÆGLE Couture is not liable for lost or undelivered products if the customer has not provided accurate details when making the purchase. All of our products are in Australian Dollars and ÆGLE Couture is not responsible for excess charges in conversion fees during the purchase. Aegle Couture uses PayPal for transactions to ensure the safety of our customers.


Faults and Failures

A product is a major failure when:

  • It has a problem that would have otherwise stopped a customer from purchasing it if had they known about it beforehand

  • It is significantly different from the sample or description

  • It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time

  • It is unsafe

For major failures we will work out the best procedure for your case which will result in adjustment, replacement or refund.

A minor failure in a product occurs when there are minor issues such as loose threads. If there is a minor issue with the product, we encourage customers to raise their concerns to the business so that we can ensure quality control and best practice in the future.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we will tend to faults and failures within 30 days of purchase.

ÆGLE Couture may cancel orders at any time if there are issues of payments, insufficient stock, fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed possible by ÆGLE Couture. We also reserve the right to decline any such orders.

Return policy

At ÆGLE Couture we are passionate about our customers and we work hard to ensure that they are satisfied. 

Customers may return faulty clothing within 7 days of their delivery in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unstained, with tags still attached.

Returns can be made through postage via any Australia Post office or red post box. Postage details can be found on the original postage packaging. Once the return item has been posted, you are required to submit your tracking number via email, as well as keep a copy for your own reference.


Change of Mind Returns

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund if you change your mind. For  example if you got the product that was represented but you changed your mind, if you found a cheaper product elsewhere, if you did not like the product or had no use for it, we are not obliged to refund your purchase.

By using our website, you are consenting to the collection of information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Australian Privacy law requires ÆGLE Couture to collect your personal information directly from you, if it is reasonable and practical to do so. ÆGLE Couture is committed to ensuring that we respect the privacy of your personal information. The information you provide will be used to enhance your online experience. This data will be kept private and confidential. Customer details and information about customers will not be made accessible to individuals, overseas recipients or untrusted third parties. All the information collected on the website will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.

Information will only be disclosed if we believe that such release is reasonable and necessary to:

How Information is Collected

When you place an order through our website you will be required to provide us with a name, email, phone number, address and credit card details. This information will be registered under your account in order for us to successfully process and deliver your order.

By interacting with us on our various social media platforms including liking, retweeting, sharing, writing a comment on our page, etc, you agree to the processing of your information accessed through that social media platform. This information might include your user profile, your age, photos, videos and other images.

We may use your email address to send promotional materials such as special offers, new products and discounts that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive any  promotional information from us, please let us know by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our newsletters or by logging into your account and updating your preferences.

Our payment options are safe and secure. You can either pay using your credit card or PayPal. We use your card and address details to process your transaction. We take credit card security extremely seriously and endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform for online transactions. None of your payment details will be stored.


We will amend the terms of our privacy policy from time to time, these changes will be updated on the website so that customers are always aware of the information we collect and how we use it, as well as under what circumstances we disclose it.
